The spoon should probably be smoking, since everyone in noir films smokes, and there should be no creamer or sugar packets, since everybody in noir films drinks black coffee, but...hell, I hate black coffee. I hate smoking too, but if you'll looks closely you'll see that at no point does the cigarette actually touch the coconut so that's all right.
